Fresh herbs turn so quickly, urgh! I also get a little annoyed when I have to grab an herb, wash it, dry it (quite thoroughly, I might add, so that it doesn’t stick to my fingers when I’m trying to sprinkle it on something), AND chop it. As often as I use them, this process is asking for too much.
